1. Who Operates This
VisaRadar is operated by Dev Kumar, sole proprietor, based in Naraini, Banda, Uttar Pradesh, India.
2. What VisaRadar Is
VisaRadar ("we", "us") is an independent information tool that helps users estimate their eligibility for skilled-worker visa and immigration pathways in Germany, the UAE, and Australia, based on publicly available official government criteria. We are not a licensed migration agent, immigration consultant, or law firm, and nothing on this site constitutes legal or immigration advice.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Eligibility scores, reports, and toolkits are estimates based on the criteria published by the relevant government authorities as of the "last verified" date shown in each report. Immigration rules change, and a favourable score does not guarantee a successful visa application. You are solely responsible for verifying current requirements directly with the official government portal before submitting any application, and for the accuracy of information you submit to official authorities.
4. Paid Products
We offer a paid Eligibility Audit (₹499) and a paid Filing Toolkit (₹1,499), delivered as a PDF report via email and a time-limited download link. Payment is processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card details.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when using the eligibility quiz. Providing false information may result in an inaccurate report, for which we are not liable.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaRadar and its operator are not liable for any visa refusal, financial loss, or other damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any report generated by it.
