1. What We Collect
When you use the free eligibility quiz, we collect the profile details you enter (age, degree, field of study, experience, language proficiency, target countries). If you unlock a paid report, we additionally collect your email address and phone number to process payment and deliver your report.
2. How We Use It
We use this information solely to compute your eligibility results, process payment, and deliver your report by email. We may use your email to send you relevant updates about VisaRadar; you can opt out at any time.
3. Third Parties
Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not see or store your full card/bank details. Reports are generated and stored via Supabase, and emails are sent via Resend. These providers process your data only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
4. Data Retention
We retain your quiz answers and generated reports to allow you to re-download them and for our own service-quality review. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
